Fees Home Fragrance is a internet based business.


We accept payments through Paypal, Paypal Credit, Klarna, Layby, Clearpay and all major credit / debit cards.



Many of our products are hand made in our workshop. As such we generally have a turn around time of 1-3 working days for orders to be posted. 


Most of our orders will be dispatched via courier, although we do reserve the right to change courier / despatch option at our discretion. 

We will send items into Europe / Worldwide but these sales will incur additional postage costs. Please contact us for more information. 


We reserve the right to cancel and refund customers orders before dispatch, if there is a problem such as as a problem with the item, a pricing error, or a glitch with stock being over sold due to heavy traffic on the website.


Fees Home Fragrance aim to give all of our customers a premium customer experience. However from time to time issue may arise that affects your customer experience.

14-Day Refund Policy 

In the unlikely event that you find you are not happy with or need to return your purchase then we offer customers a full 14 day refund policy from the date of purchase. Customers will be liable for the price of any return postage

On receiving your item, please check that it is of satisfactory quality, as described in the listing and appropriate for your requirements. If you do need to return any item then please contact us prior to sending the item back so that we can suggest the most appropriate service to use.

Should any issues arise with the product, it will need to be sent back in the original packaging. We recommend that the original packaging should be kept for as long as the warranty lasts in case it needs to be returned. After this period, please consider the environment and reuse the packing the item was sent in by us.


Please note with returns:

Burners - if there is any damage on you burner returns are fine.

Wax Melts - Once you have used this product we are unable to offer a refund. 

Unfortunately from time to time wax can get broken in transit. You may also find the package can be damaged in transit. In the unlikely event this happens please note that a refund will only be applied at the discretion of the vendor. This is because damage does not stop the use of the wax and they can still be used.


All our wax is made with soy wax and high quality Scents, due to it being soy wax frosting of the wax is normal and does not mean there is anything wrong with your wax melts.

We are fully CLP Compliant and insured 


We fully understand people are eager to get there orders a dispatch time will be up on shop page this may change from time to time due to busy periods.
